Coordonnateurs régionaux spécialisés en matière de maltraitance envers les personnes aînées (PDF, 602 Kb)
The purpose of deploying regional coordinators is to improve the continuum of services regarding abuse by favouring partnership among the institutional, community and private players.

Their mandate is to:

  • produce a portrait of abuse in their region, identify the resources and services available, and establish a diagnosis of the different issues and challenges;
  • develop a regional action plan adapted to the reality of the community, in collaboration with the partners;
  • encourage concerted action to improve the effectiveness of prevention, identification and intervention regarding abuse.
