The Ministère relies on a broad network of partners in its actions. It provides assistance to educational childcare services, community organizations and various national, regional and local partners, and acts as an expert consultant with the government ministries and organizations.
Keep in mind that the Ministère is responsible for the governmental coordination of family-related measures. More specifically, it addresses the following populations:
- Children, from birth to the time they start kindergarten, and those in kindergarten and elementary school who use educational childcare services
- Parents, helping them reconcile their family and professional lives
